Endurance
& Alpinism
I am an amateur athlete competing in triathlon, trail running, cross-country skiing, ski mountaineering, and alpinism, occasionally finding my way onto the podium. Currently, I am expanding my horizons by training for a paragliding license.
Sport allows me to test my limits and push boundaries, while the grit and focus I’ve built through endurance sports are exactly what drive my professional endeavors. Meticulous planning, strict discipline and the stamina are what push complex project through to the finish line.
Highlights
S25 Berlin
Age group win and 4th overall.
S25 Berlin 25km run, a huge event with thousands of participants. I secured 4th place overall and 1st in the M30 age group with a time of 01:30:10, missing the overall podium by just 1 minute and 1 place.
Challenge San Remo
Podium finish and Championship qualification.
My most successful result to date on the middle distance triathlon race (1.9km swim, 80km 1500m+ bike, 21.1km run). Despite a car accident the day before preventing me from using my race bike, I pushed to the limit on the run course covering half marathon distance within 1h10', posting the fastest run split of the race. I finished in 4h33', crossing the line 8th overall and securing a podium spot as the 3rd fastest in the M30-34 age group, qualifying for the 2026 Challenge World Championship.
XTERRA Trail Run World Champs
Silver medal at the World Cup in Wales.
Trail running World Cup organized by XTERRA in Wales, UK, extending over 21km with 1200m elevation gain, passing by Snowdon, the highest summit in Wales. I finished 4th overall and 2nd in the M30-34 age group, earning a silver medal for the XTERRA World Cup 2025. The race was held under exceptional heatwave conditions, forcing organizers to eventually halt the event and launch rescue operation.
Matterhorn Summit 4478m
Speed climbing under 2h30'.
Speed ascent of the iconic Matterhorn via the Hörnli ridge (Swiss route, 1200m+, AD+ difficulty). While the average climbing time is 4-5 hours, I reached the summit in 2h26', marking the 3rd fastest time on this route according to Strava segment. This rapid ascent allowed me to enjoy a fantastic sunrise from the summit and avoid the crowds on the narrow passages, returning to Zermatt well before an approaching storm.
XTERRA Trail Vallée de Joux
Podium finish and World Cup qualification.
XTERRA-branded trail running race in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, covering 22km and 800m of elevation gain, passing by Mont Tendre, the highest summit of the Swiss Jura mountains. I enjoyed every kilometer, finishing 10th overall and 2nd in my age group (M30-34), qualifying for the 2025 World Championship.
Ironman 70.3 Emilia Romagna
Personal Record (4h18') for a half Ironman.
My best performance on the half Ironman distance (1.9km swim, 90km bike, 21.1km run). With ideal race conditions, it was a lightning-fast course. I finished in 4h18', ranking 11th in my division and narrowly missing qualification for the Ironman World Championship.
Long-Term Projects
Project Lakes
19 / 23 completeThe project is about cycling around the 23 largest Swiss lakes. Why 23? Because Livigno lake, which is the 24th, is simply not cyclable. Follow my rolling tour through every major body of water in the country, from Lac Léman to the Alpine reservoirs.
Project Pass
23 / 69 completeThis project brings my bike and me up to the Alps: cycling over all Swiss mountain passes above 1200m. Follow along as I conquer both the iconic and the hidden climbs, from the Grimsel to the Bernina and beyond.
Project Peaks
8 / 48 completeThis project brings me even higher, to the summit of the tallest mountains in Switzerland. The goal is to summit all 48 Swiss 4000m peaks officially recognized by Swiss tourism. Follow my long-term alpinism journey across glaciers, ridges, and couloirs.
